It amazes me how many times in life the “unknown” can rattle, disturb and even shake the very foundation of a person. Life has many “unknowns” it seeks to use to derail us. We are faced with the unknown of an uncertain economy, the unknown of the future, the unknown of an illness and the unknown of what tomorrow has in store. These “unknowns” name just a few of those which our world can and does often place in our path. So what are we to do with these “unknowns”? I would like to suggest a couple of things to help us with these “unknowns”.
First we need focus. The object of our focus is the key to this element of overcoming the “unknowns”. We need to focus upon Jesus who faced the “unknown” of the cross and everything it held.
